Kevin D. Kinsey is Founder & President of Omni Media Worldwide Holdings which is parent company for Genesis Group International and Exodus Entertainment Bancorp. As CEO for each subsidiary company, he has dual responsibilities of the day to day operations of an entertainment production, finance and distribution company in conjunction with the responsibilities of a business development, investments and financial advisory firm. After earning a B.A. in Political Science, this 1985 UCLA graduate manages and finances joint ventures and mergers & acquisitions for hard assets, syndicated projects and intellectual properties in conjunction with the development & implementation of financial budgets and marketing plans. Kinsey has assisted filmmakers, television producers and musical artists with obtaining creative financing and distribution for their projects. Also, he has structured a placement of funds for films with budgets capitalized at $30 million for equity and debt funding . Kinsey has completed post graduate and professional honors studies at the University of Southern California (USC), Management & International Finance Studies at Golden Gate University (GGU/SF) Graduate School of Business Administration, the Producers Program at the UCLA School of Film and Television and holds an MBA MFA in International Media from the Graduate School of Business Administration and Communication Arts at Loyola Marymount University (LMU/LA). Philanthropically, he has served and currently serves as a member to the LMU African American Alumni Association Board of Directors, Los Angeles Metro Area United Negro College Fund Board of Directors, and the African American Achievers Network Board of Directors. Additionally, Kinsey holds affiliations with the UCLA Black Alumni Association, New Frontier Democratic Club, National Black MBA Association, NAACP, 100 Black Men of Los Angeles, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, and supports other community service organizations, both nationally and locally.Kevin D.
