Direct IP security: By investing in IP rights, investors become legitimate to have a percent relative to the IP assets concerned. An investment on a patent for example, will grant a part of this patent, proportional to the value of the investment. The investor becomes the owner of a part of the patent.
IPSE will begin its activities by securitizing (financing) the top-end of Hollywood movies (bankable celebrities) and then will expand its financing activities to bankable technologically-related intellectual properties.
Investors will directly own a part or all of the movie financed through IPSE Pass-Through Security. Revenue flows through according to percentage ownership from investors.
IPSE already has agreements with the top three movie producers and directors to start financing 23 movies up to 286 movies with a budget of $100 million each.
